Project titled "HR audit " Blessing Khomojoo Fruits and Veg city · NRH mall , Ha Mafafa, Maseru

As student auditor, I executed a full HR audit following a 6-step process: determined the scope and type of audit, developed questionnaire, collected data from employees and manager, benchmarked findings against competitor, provided feedback, and created prioritized action plans. Presented audit report and recommendations to academic panel and business manager. I developed skills in auditing , research, data analysis, report writing, and professional communication.

Project titled "SME Internal environmental analysis " Mak Printing · Platinum building , Lepoqong , Maseru

As Student analyst,I analyzed the internal environment of a registered Lesotho SME,focusing on rewards, succession planning, and team management. I identified key issues and provided evidence-based recommendations to improve business performance. This Project strengthened analytical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.

Research Project - Titled " Examining the Role of Compensation in Job Satisfaction of Public School Teachers In Maseru District" Public school teachers · Maseru District

As a student researcher, I identified the problem of inadequate teacher compensation in Maseru District through review of COLEPE (Coalition of Lesotho Public Employees) reports and media articles. Developed research objectives and questions. Designed a descriptive quantitative study, used a sample of 100 teachers, and applied stratified random sampling for urban and rural schools. Collected data from public school teachers using structured questionnaires and analyzed it using Excel to test the relationship between financial and non-financial compensation and job satisfaction. Presented findings in tables and graphs and provided evidence-based recommendations for MoET and school leaders to improve teacher satisfaction. The Project strengthened skills in research design, data collection, statistical analysis, and academic writing.
