Office Administrator & Marketing Officer
Location: Maseru, Lesotho
MRS Cargo (Pty) Ltd is looking for a motivated, organised, and creative Office Administrator & Marketing Officer to join its growing logistics team.
This role combines office administration with digital marketing and is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work while promoting a business through online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office administration and maintain organised records.
Prepare and update Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and reports.
Create engaging marketing content for Facebook, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.
Design and publish advertisements promoting the company’s transport services.
Respond professionally to customer enquiries and maintain excellent client communication.
Perform general administrative duties as required.
Identify marketing opportunities to support business growth and strengthen the company’s online presence.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants should have:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Experience using Facebook for business marketing and creating effective advertisements.
Ability to create engaging marketing content for WhatsApp and other social media platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
Previous experience in administration, marketing, or customer service will be an added advantage.
Experience in the logistics or transport industry will be an added advantage.
