Business Units Manager – Urban Business Units
Location: Masianokeng, Lesotho
Urban Taxis & Tours (Pty) Ltd invites applications from dynamic, disciplined, and results-oriented individuals for the position of Business Units Manager to lead its Urban Business Units in Masianokeng.
The successful candidate will oversee the following business units:
Urban Sitefleet Equipment Rental – the branch’s primary business line.
Urban Roadside Assistance & Workshop – providing roadside assistance and workshop services for the company’s fleet and equipment, as well as services to the public.
Urban Cashless Carwash – providing vehicle cleaning services for the company’s fleet and equipment, while also serving the public.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational leadership across the business units.
Drive business growth and increase sales.
Build, lead, and supervise high-performing teams.
Develop and implement effective systems and operating procedures.
Maintain high standards of customer service.
Oversee stock management, procurement, and company assets.
Build strategic partnerships and secure new business opportunities.
Ensure workplace safety and operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Reference letters (required).
Experience in business management or operations management will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
A valid driver’s licence will be an added advantage.
