District Sales Agents (10 Positions)
Location: All 10 Districts of Lesotho
Remuneration: Commission-Based
Unity Group invites applications for the position of District Sales Agent.
One agent will be selected from each district to help market Unity Group plans, recruit new members, and build trusted relationships within local communities.

Key Responsibilities
Inform communities about Unity Group and its plans.
Find, guide, and assist new members with registration.
Explain contributions, benefits, and rules accurately and honestly.
Conduct outreach in villages, churches, workplaces, and community groups.
Follow up on leads, meet targets, and submit work reports.
Protect applicants’ and members’ personal information.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
Have completed COSC.
Reside in the district they are applying for.
Have a Lesotho ID and a smartphone with WhatsApp.
Be able to speak and write English and Sesotho.
Have strong communication and sales skills.
Be able to travel and work independently.
Be honest, committed, and able to work towards targets.
Priority Consideration
Priority will be given to Unity Group members who meet the minimum requirements and applicants with relevant experience in:
Sales and marketing.
Customer service.
Insurance and funeral plans.
Community mobilisation.
