Position : Lecturer – Entrepreneurship
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
A Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship or an equivalent qualification in a related field.
A minimum of three (3) years’ relevant teaching or professional experience.
A PhD in the relevant field will be an added advantage.

Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management.
New Venture Creation and Business Start-up Development.
Business Planning and Feasibility Analysis.
Entrepreneurial Finance and Funding.
Business Model Development.
Enterprise Growth and Scaling Strategies.
SME Development and Support Systems.
Additional Competencies
Successful candidates should demonstrate:
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to integrate real-world case studies and industry practices into teaching.
Strong communication, mentoring, and research skills.

One of the following documents as proof of National Manpower Development Secretariat (NMDS) loan status:
Official confirmation that the applicant has fully settled their NMDS sponsorship loan; or
Official documentation confirming that the applicant was not sponsored by NMDS; or
A signed undertaking authorising the University, upon successful appointment, to deduct monthly NMDS loan repayments directly from the applicant’s salary.
Important Note
Shortlisted candidates will be required to submit a qualification verification certificate issued by the Council on Higher Education (CHE) of Lesotho.
